Personality Amy is best described as "mercurial". Her trained 'villainous' persona was the first thing to collapse after she escaped, becoming fidgety, impulsive, and somewhat paranoid instead. She's prone to startling people with her flipbook-quick mood changes(and random movements), but rapid though they are, she almost never dwells at extremes, quickly settling back to cautiously civil. She's frequently unable to leave well enough alone. Startling her is a bad idea.
Powers She is a bizzare combination of stolen alien and shrew DNA, plus a dash of cybernetics.

Most of her DNA comes from a mysterious race of alien travellers who could live thousands of years, and had great martial prowess. Unwilling to wait the multiple centuries proper maturation of their natural abilities would take, her creator spliced in genes from the common shrew to greatly boost her metabolism and shorten her maturation time(and lifespan. She'll only live as long as the average furson.) A very small amount of cybernetics was used to boost her motor nerves.

This was neither a resounding success, nor a complete failure. He couldn't do anything about her short height. Some of the more mystical qualities, and the third eye, of her alien inheritance were also lost by his tampering, but what remained became usable in months instead of centuries.

What remains is tremendously fast reflexes, plus acute enough senses to use them. She can jump and climb with an ease that makes skyscrapers or the jungle seem like her natural environment, scaling buildings with ease, jumping three stories at a twitch, and landing softly from impossible heights. Her strength is good, if less impressive; she can lift her own manhole covers, but she's no Mighty Mighty. Her kick, however, is as fearsome as one could expect from her three-story leaps. She once kicked a robot's pelvis free from the rest of it.
Weaknesses * Loyalty Lock. Without occasional replacement encryption keys in the form of small computer chips, her cybernetic enhancements shut down, greatly reducing her reaction speeds. A friendly alien has fitted her with a chip that shouldn't run out, which seems to be working, for now.

* Photophobia. Bright light is painful to her. Sunglasses in full daylight are an absolute must.

* Heightened speed, agility, hearing, and eyesight combine to make a creature rivalling Konniption Kitty in sheer twitchines and distractibility.

* Her strong metabolism makes her absorb and metabolize drugs or poisons very quickly. If it's a fatal amount, it will kill her rapidly, but if it's survivable, she'll succumb quickly but recover rapidly.

* An appetite somewhere between Jughead and Hyper Hippo

* An occasional alcohol problem. An expensive habit ocnsidering how hard it is for her to get drunk and how little time it lasts.

* If you feed her caffiene, it's NOT MY FAULT!
Skills She received a great deal of training in the creche, some useless, much now long forgotten, but she remembers some of the flashier style of martial arts, the basic use of standard firearms, and fencing.

Description Put simply, she is a young white-furred bobcat of perhaps 15 to 17 years, rather short at 4 1/2 feet. She wears khaki pants with a multidude of pockets, a black T-shirt, and no shoes. But it's not quite that simple. Her headfur tufts suggest bobcat heritage but aren't quite right, her arms seem a smidgen too long, and she walks digitigrade. She seems perpetually alert, if not downright fidgety, ears swivelling this way and that as things happen.
Other Description What we have here is a young white-furred bobcat, perhaps 15 to 17 years old. At least on first look. Her headfur and black eartip-tufts suggest lynx heritage but aren't quite right. Her arms seem a smidgen too long, and she walks digitigrade. The orange one-piece swimsuit she wears today makes these things more obvious than normal and reveals something new -- she in fact has a tail, just a very small one, a sort of white-furred rabbity nub with a black-tipped tuft. Among other things of course... She can't compete with the standard SMT endowments but needn't complain either. She seems perpetually alert to the point of fidgetyness, ears swivelling this way and that as things happen.
History Okay, storytime! A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away [*cattleprod* -ed] 5 years ago, the giant news-media conglomerate Term-Wagner Entertainment Enterprises realized they would shortly be in dire straits. News and interest in the news, their lifeblood, was at a record low. They weren't hurting, yet, but they soon would be. In a backroom in the second-highest floor of the Mass Confusion Towers, a group of rich yuppies smoking Cuban cigars decided that it would be in their own best interests to secretly fund the creation of the Ultimate Villain: Powerful, mysterious, dangerous, sexy, a true media magnet. The ratings would go through the roof!

They of course hired the lowest bidder.

Dr. Piperin didn't even have the decency to be inept, he just adored the irony of being paid to have a perfect scapegoat. He'd been doing dirty work since the cold war and didn't hesitate to remold the project to his own vision, revisiting his skills at genestealing and infonapping and equipment purloinment to create the monster in secret.

Fortunately for everyone involved, Piperin did NOT succeed in getting a skin sample from Shemale but the visiting alien Dei' instead.

With the project nearly complete, the instigators were beginning to have second thoughts. Piperin's envisioning of their Ultimate Villain turned out to have been rather...shorter... and a lot flatter than what they'd paid for. She was impressive in the wrong way. When a powersuit designed for her(more for the purposes of creating a line of toys than anything) vanished and ended up on the black market they finally panicked and pulled the plug, which suited Piperin just fine.

His ultimate goal will remain a mystery however, being Amy picked this time to trash his research and flee. She's been on the run ever since.
