Personality	Eeka is a tremendously innocent and sweet mouse, who only wants to help people. She tends to be quite shy around strangers, somewhat timid, and mostly befuddled by advanced technology. Her confidence seems to increase when in her Rubber Mousie persona, though.
Powers	Eeka's body is now essentially composed of her own experimental bio-plastic. She can bend, stretch, compress, and change shape with nearly liquid fluidity. She has learned how to use her powers to flatten out and glide like a flying squirrel, to shape weapons from her limbs, and to disguise herself as inanimate objects. Eeka also heals at a greatly accelerated rate, wounds and lacerations closing in hours instead of days. Due to her composition, her aging process has slowed greatly. Being made of rubber/plastic, Eeka is very resistant to electricity and kinetic damage (falls won't really hurt her, for example). She has a number of small 'bombs' that she makes for use as the Rubber Mousie-- smoke, itching or sneezing powder, slippery oil, etc.
Weaknesses	Her biggest weakness is her own reluctance to hurt anyone-- she doesn't ever like to fight. Aside from her natural shyness and timidity, her main physical weakness is extreme cold, which blocks her abilities to morph. Although she can take the shape of just about anything, she cannot change her overall mass or coloration, or her density beyond the strength of normal bone matter. If her concentration is seriously broken, or she loses consciousness while morphed, she will instantly snap back (with a rubbery twanging sound) to her original form. Having been nearly shot to death once, she once had a dreadful phobia of handguns. Although she has now overcome this phobia, she still feels nervous around firearms.
Skills	Eeka is currently finishing medical school, and will have an MD in general medicine within the near future. She speaks both Ruskian (her native language) and English (with a slight accent), and knows all sorts of folksy skills-- baking, cooking, herb lore, candlemaking, woodscraft, etc

Description	A diminutive female mouse, standing just a whisker under 3'10-- not including her ears-- with a long tail and a sleek sort of build. She has a peculiar plastic sheen to her pale grey fur, as well as her very black hair, which is tied back into a simple long ponytail. Her eyes are large, blue, and slightly skittish. She is wearing a high-necked sleeveless jumpsuit of a greyish-blue camouflage pattern, which extends to just below her knees, but she is barefoot. The jumpsuit has four large cargo-style pockets, two per leg.
Other Description	It's SMT's own Robin Hood, the flexible rodent known as Rubber Mousie! She is a diminutive female mouse, standing just a whisker under 3'10-- not including her large ears-- with a long tail and a sleek sort of build. She has a peculiar plastic sheen to her pale grey fur, as well as her very black, very straight hair. Her eyes are large and blue. She is wearing a medieval sort of tunic, with robe-like sleeves to the elbow, and belted with a sash to make a short skirt. Over the tunic she has a vest, cross-laced and fringed at the shoulders. It looks like something lifted straight from Sherwood Forest, except that the tunic is dark indigo and the vest bright cobalt. She has a short, hooded cloak of slate grey, and leggings of the same color to just below the knee, though she is barefoot.
History	Eeka was born to humble peasant stock in the village of Mimsky, in the Ruskian province of the same name. Although her family was poor, her grades were high enough to enable her to pursue a medical degree through scholarships and grants. Eventually, she accepted an offer to become an exchange student at SMT college, and came to Kwijibo. As part of her medical studies, she received a grant from the university to work on developing an experimental bio-plastic which could speed healing of severe fractures or (theoretically) replace entire bones. Within a few months of her departure from home, a war broke out in the area of Mimsky (against the neighboring Korsikov), and her family became prisoners of the Korsikov Government. Eeka became desperate to raise the money to pay for their escape-- money for bribes, smugglers, and so forth. Frantic to raise the money in as short a time as possible, she embezzled some of the funds the university had granted her for her experiments, but was discovered and a warrant issued for her arrest. She decided her only hope was to sell her bio-plastic formula to the highest bidder, so she tried to sneak back into her lab at night and reclaim her notes and samples. Unfortunately, an overzealous and undertrained campus security guard shot her full of more holes than a swiss cheese, wounding her severely and causing shattered vials of bio-plastic to enter her bloodstream. Were it not for the mixture of Bio-plastic, Eeka's wounds would have been fatal. When she awoke hours later in the hospital-- her healing greatly accelerated-- she discovered to her horror that the bio-plastic had managed to replace her normal cell structure, making her as flexible as rubber. Still fearing her arrest, Eeka escaped through a window and fled. She began by using her powers for petty theft, stealing money to try and free her family. But she eventually developed a distrust of formal authority, particularly when abused, and decided that staying outside the law was the best way to help those most in need. She soon took the humorous nickname the press had given her-- the "Rubber Mousie", and developed it into a Robin-Hood like persona. Although she is technically a criminal, she is quite popular among the poor of SMT, as she robs from the wealthy to help the less fortunate.
Major Events	February, 2005: Assorted heroes and friends help to rescue Eeka's family and village from the Korsikov. March, 2005: After a botched museum robbery, Donovan figures out the Rubber Mousie's secret identity. April, 2005: Eeka takes a job as a morgue attendant at the hospital. June, 2005: Eeka visits her family at their new home in Glockenspiel. July 2005: Eeka begins a relationship with Chris Kinairu. August, 2005: Eeka is kidnapped by Ffiona, and her apartment destroyed. November, 2005: Eeka leaves her job at the hospital to found the Greenwood Center charity. February, 2006: With the help of a small group of 'ethical' thieves known as The Bridge Club, Eeka and a number of others foil an attempt by the Emir of Ch'eun to clone and sell copies of SMT's heroes as weapons. April, 2006: Fox Cutter helps Eeka finally overcome her phobia of guns. July 2006: After winning big at the roulette wheel in Las Isotope, Eeka pays off her debt to SMT University and returns to medical school. September 2006: With the success of Greenwood, Eeka largely retires from thieving as a means to help the poor. She gets a probational hero's license. February 2007: Eeka's hero license becomes full status.
Misc Info / Links	Eeka isn't very good at keeping her secret identity a secret, especially since she's the only elastic mouse in SMT. But while it isn't difficult for other players to figure out who the Rubber Mousie is, her identity remains a secret to the authorities.
