Description He is a rather short skunk, who's been badly mutated. His skin is purpleish, and glistens with a dangerous toxin. He has round ear, green eyes, a black nose and a short muzzle. His hair is greasy and drips occasionally. His body is somewhat cubby for his size, and he's very out of shape. He has a white skull and crossbones tattoo on his chest. He wears a cyber suit with goggles.
His tail swishes out behind him, although it's nothing more than a cloud of smoke.
Other Description He sometimes wears a civilian outfit, which consists of a SMT Labs lab coat, a filthy hawaiian shirt, torn pants, slimy boots and goggles.
History Young Vic grew up in a poor neighborhood, so was always surrounded by garbage. He made it his life's work to clean up Supermegatopia. He studied to become a mad scientist so he could work at SMT Labs, the most likely place to use dangerous experimental chemicals and tools to help him in his quest. But, one of Mad Dr. Nesbit's pranks caused Vic to be covered with an experimental mutagen, and several gallons of toxic waste. This turned poor Vic into a mutated monstrosity made up entirely of pollution and poisons. Already having had problems finding dates since he was a skunk, the poisonous skin didn't help his chances. He decided to become a super villain, for revenge, power, money...and the possibility that he might recreate the accident and mutate a girlfriend for himself.
Major Events So far, Biohazard has been thwarted in all his attempts to turn the SMT park into a toxic paradise. However, he continues to plot toward kidnapping and mutating Miss Kiwi.
