| Description | A Tan-Brown cat, about 5'7" from what you can tell. His hair is a little spiky with two cat ears sticking through the top of the mess. His glasses are a thinand a bit wide, his eyes seem to fill them. His little pink nose is accenuated by his whiskers and a light moustache. He's dressed in a faded red, buttonup shirt that has obviously seen better days. his jeans are a bit tattered, frayed a bit at the ends, and his tail pops out just beneath the beltline in the back. His tail is banded with light rings of darker brown, which bobs around playfully. His feet are bare, and quite fuzzy, even for a cat. The right pocket of his shirt has an ID badge cliped to it that has a picture and a barcode, which reads: MAxCo. Arms. - President - Alpha 40k clearance. |

| History | *During the SMT eqiuvalent of the Dark Ages* 8?? AD - The first Max, a mage in a small keep of mercs is cursed by a necromancer of a rival faction. In a clash of spells a demon arises to continously arise and do battle with every male Maxamillion until the end of time. The mage infuses a piece of his soul and greatest magics into a suit of full-plate armor, and a claymore sword (Named 'The Legacy' and 'Reznor Edge' respectively). Each male decendant receives the armor and blade, and is entitled to enhance it. |
| Major Events | Jun/23/96 - Max receives MAxCo. from his father, who retires and gives him 'The Legacy' and 'Reznor Edge'. Max dosen't believe in the fairytale like background of magic, but begins alterations and enhancements for The Legacy mk.50 Apr/14/00 - Artifical intelligence project is corrupted and inhabited by the re-born demon, and forms 'Chaos Unity'. Max is attacked by the A.I. and becomes fused to it, as the machine studies him. Chaos Unity decides that it can enhance the performace of all living beings with cybernetics and takes over all of MAxCo, keeping the workers as slave workers and test subjects. After first conflict with heroes, Chaos Unity develops a more efficent body to contain Max with. In the next set of battles, Max bridges one of few weaknesses of Chaos Unity (Herein called UC) open to a psychicly talented heroine (Talia) that lowers all defenses so that the combined efforts of the attacking heroes and villians batter the body. Deciding Max more a threat than a subject of study now, UC dumps his near-lifeless body and flees with irrepairable damages back to the factory to contruct a new 'child' free of its own flaws. After intensive surgery, Max is saved and helps devise a plan to infiltrate the factory, finally deciding to use Legacy and Reznor. Upon the death of UC, the child 'Ultima' is born, and escapes to 'a place beyond the flow of time'. Prolonged use of Legacy introduces Max to the magical powers held within, and the voices of the past users. May/25/00 - *CLASSIFIED* Something big happened at the MAxCo factory. All the press received a statement that a new bomb test had failed. Anonymous statements claim that Ultima had in fact launched an assault upon the factory from within. None of this is confirmable. Oct/6/00 - Max adds vectored thrust/low flight unit to Legacy. |
| Misc. Info | The Legacy - Orginally a suit of decorative full-plate armor of the dark ages, altered with magic to give the user enhanced strength, agility, willpower, and a handful of other abilities. Tradition of all male Maxamillons is to modify the armor. By the current day, it is a cybernetic marvel. Having been reforged with some incredibly rare metals and reshaped, the armor density and defensive properties are a marvel. The interior is lined with micro-electronics that are mostly in the helmet, giving the user a HUD view to assess data of many things that may not be viewable through normal vision. Most the main systems are powered through a micro-cold fusion generator on the back. The suit can compensate for injuries to the user and stablize wounds (but not heal). One of the recent modfications includes a space-time-matter device that allows incredible feats to be performed, such as delivering multiple attacks in a short timeframe and passing through some impassible barriers. Doing so is a VERY risky manuver, as the system is somewhat unstable, and untested. The suit must charge on-site, through opening a massive array of vents that are all over the armor for an undefined periood of time to collect residual energy and trace gasses from the air to power these manuvers, rendering the suit at quite a state of weakness. Prolonged use of the system (more than a week straight of use) can cause massive nervous system damage, temporary insanity, and unreversable muscular damage. The magical properties of the suit that still exist are hard to determine. They have activated twice, when Max has been sierously fatigued. He has no memory of what happens in that timeframe, but on-lookers say he spoke as a voice of many, in a much deeper tone and Legacy had seemed to have white firelike smoke pour from the visor.. Max dosen't trust this armor and has solemnly vowed to make sure it's not used except to slay the demon. He admires it's craftmanship, but hates that it must exist. Reznor Edge - As with the armor, Reznor has been modified. Reznor is not just a blade, but a partially sentient creature that archives knowledge of the various users. Max has currently the blade in the central security nexus of his factory, using it as a voice interface system and nearly un-fillable center of data for his factory. It has been fitted with a vibroblade motor, allowing it to make cuts on a near-molecular level. The edges of the blade have energy emitters, allowing the blade to do plasma damage, as well as making a cut. |
