Personality She was overworked and underappreciated as the Tooth Fairy. Little cheating kids trying to pass off Chicklets or Tic Tacs as teeth for an extra quarter. That was then. Now, she is the Lord of the largest known force of Evil warriors (and monsters), all working for the common evil. And (alas) all of them pretty much doomed to failure. What do you supposed that does to a girl's attitude, hmm?
Powers Formerly, dental related, and the ability to swap a quarter for a tooth without waking a sleeping child, who, incidently, had their head on the target. Now, she has nigh-unlimited power granted by the Ultimate Powers of Darkness. The Aura of EvilTM blocks all but Holy attacks (when it's Up, that is). Her Wand can do an assortment of things, as needed. She also possess the ability to Immobilize a target with Terror with her Gaze of EvilTM. In addition, she has the ability to summon/gate in just about any number of her minions at any time.
Weaknesses Unfamiliar with just how much power she really has, and Old Grudges. Sometimes forgets to put up her Aura, too. Can "over-kill" things a bit.

Description She's a smallish, blonde Fae wearing a lavender dress. She wears a crown with a tooth on it, and carries a small wand tipped with a red hot star that emits sparks from time to time. Her coal-rimmed eyes, and harried demeaner give you an impression of being far more than your average fae. And that without the Aura of EvilTM in place!
History Formerly the mild mannered, if slightly burnt-out Tooth Fairly. Due to a mixup in paperwork, she is now the de-facto leader of the Forces of DarknessTM. She is mostly caught up in old-times, and "the Good Old Days", and can be found fairly often at the Tooth and Claw, drowning her sorrows, and bemoaning the the ineffectiveness of her forces to perform even the simplest of tasks (other than bake unmatched confectionery). Usually though, she contents herself to minor mischief, and plotting serious havoc-wreaking events that have yet to come to fruition.
Major Events Although most do not (yet) take her seriously, she managed to make sizable impression on Buxom Gal, when she paralized her and forcibly cleaned her teeth to a pearlescent shine after a disagreement over something or other in the park one day. Given the warning that if she could do that to her, she could do a lot worse if she coose to do so, Buxy has been a lot more careful since that time.
Misc. Info Ginger, Ferret Man's companion, is Ra'Chelle's cousin.
Her lair is in an old Cuckoo Clock.
